Day 01: GUWAHATI – SHILLONG

Welcome to Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. Upon arrival, meet our representative and proceed to Shillong, popularly known as the "Scotland of the East." En route, enjoy a stop at the picturesque Umiam Lake (Barapani), surrounded by lush hills and offering optional water sports activities. Upon arrival in Shillong, check in to your hotel and spend the evening exploring the vibrant Police Bazaar, famous for local handicrafts, cafes, and shopping. Overnight stay in Shillong. Day 02: DAWKI – MAWLYNNONG

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Mawlynnong, acclaimed as the "Cleanest Village in India." Explore its charming surroundings, the famous Living Root Bridge, and the unique Balancing Rock. Later, proceed to Dawki, a scenic border town renowned for the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Enjoy a memorable boat ride and witness the breathtaking beauty of the river before returning to Shillong. Overnight stay in Shillong. (Sightseeing as per time compulsion)

Day 03: SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (Sohra), one of the wettest places on Earth and a paradise for nature lovers. Visit popular attractions including Eco Park, Dainthlen Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave, and Thangkharang Park. Marvel at the dramatic landscapes, waterfalls, and panoramic valley views. Later, check in to your hotel in Cherrapunjee. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee. (Sightseeing as per time compulsion)

Day 04: CHERRAPUNJEE SIGHTSEEING

After an early breakfast, set out on an adventurous trek to the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge, a remarkable natural wonder formed by intertwining tree roots. Continue further to the stunning Rainbow Falls, known for its turquoise waters and breathtaking surroundings. Return to the hotel after an exciting day amidst nature. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee. Day 05: CHERRAPUNJEE – MAWSYNRAM – SHILLONG

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Mawsynram, officially recognized as the wettest inhabited place on Earth. En route, explore the hidden gems of Mawlyngbna, including Umkhakoi Lake, Split Rock, Krem Puri, and the enchanting Secret Forest. Surrounded by untouched natural beauty, this region offers a unique offbeat experience. Later, drive back to Shillong and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Shillong. (Sightseeing as per time compulsion)

Day 06: SHILLONG – GUWAHATI SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in to the Guwahati hotel and later visit the sacred Kamakhya Temple, one of India's most revered Shakti Peethas. Subject to time availability, also visit Umananda Temple, located on Peacock Island in the Brahmaputra River, along with local markets and Assam State Emporiums. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Guwahati. (Sightseeing as per time compulsion)

Day 07: GUWAHATI – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of Meghalaya.

Kamakhya Temple Timings: 08 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm

Kaziranga National Park: It has different ranges: Kohora (Central Range), Bagori (Western Range), Agoratoli (Eastern Range), Burapahar (Ghoraketi Range)

Jeep Safari Timings: 07:30 am to 09:30 am and 02 pm to 04 pm. (Available from November to April)

Elephant Safari Timings: 05:15 am to 06:15 am and 06:30 am to 07:30 am. (Available from November to April).

Cherrapunjee Hotels: Most of the hotels in Cherrapunjee are not categorized as 3* / 4*.

44 – 20 days prior to our start date: 20% of full tour cost retained.

19 – 10 days prior to our start date: 50% of full tour cost retained

09 – 06 days prior to our start date: 75% of full tour cost retained.

05 – 00 days prior to our start date: 100% of full tour cost retained.
